The location is excellent, only 2 km from a large museum. It's in a commercial area close to the rail station and downtown. - Conveniently near the Metro, Faidherbe, and Europe Rail station. - Close to both train stations and shopping, which is a bonus.

I didn't feel like leaving and would want to stay there again. Had a real good stay for the price, glad I've chosen it. - the staff were all amicable and helpful. - Its location was incredible, next to the 2 main stations, Europe and Flandres, a big Carrefour-also adjacent to the Gare and Carrefour supermarket.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. the room was well-equipped and spotless with a kitchen when upgraded. - the staff was amicable and provided a quick check-in and a late check-out.

Central location, free internet.

No hair-dryer in the rooms, the girl from the recception told us they had 3 hair-dryers for the whole hotel, and, of course, they all were on hands. Breakfast is not served on weekends.

Room clean and was exactly as stated. Everything worked and was ideally located to get around Lille.

Accessibility was not clear. The information provided on email was in French and did not ciommunicate the importance of retaining access codes when hotel reception not around. Lack of personnel on what is normally a busy period was very poor.

The accommodation was very compact and contained everything necessary for a budget stay where we cooked our own breakfast and lunch in the hotel and went to a restaurant for dinner. The hotel is next to LilleEurope station so we could leave out suitcase at the hotel and explore the town before our train was due. There's an amazing hypermarket next door along with shops of all descriptions.

The staff, whilst perfectly helpful if asked, did not acknowledge us as we entered/exited the hotel. This did not add a good ambience to the hotel and it felt like a cross between a hotel and a hostel at times. The hotel reception closes about 9 o'clock each evening which is a bit alarming should anything go wrong.

Ok. Its good to stay with family with safety and security. This is Heart of the city and its easier to move anywhere.

This place is in a great location, close to everything like the train station, metro, shopping areas, and major attractions, including a large indoor shopping center and Carrefour supermarket next to the train station.

The quality you get for the price you pay is ok.

The first thing I heared at the reception was a the guy, with that typical French arrogant tone of voice, explaining me that a parking place could only be booked via telephone and not at the moment of booking it online. Therefore I had to park in an expensive parking lot. Is it so difficult to receive online parking reservations or to mention that it can only be booked by phone?

Central to rail network. Close to town centre !

Area is not safe generally........certainly in the evening and certainly for women. Also we arrived on 14 July which was unfortunate as no ticket available for parking as no staff in attendance. Unfortunately also, there were two wifi codes available, however, neither of them was correct.

This place is conveniently located near the city center and the restaurant offers delicious French cuisine.

Fantastic location, helpful staff, quiet room. Car parking was local as well as excellent shopping facilities. Apartment furnished with enough essentials to make an extremely comfortable stay.

Cannot complain, room basic but had everything needed to make a comfortable family stay.

Good price, excellent kitchen, excellent location, very good for a group of students on a weekend vacation.

Spacious and cozy rooms that keep you warm, and they're pretty big too! the best part is that you're just a stone's throw away from a huge shopping mall 🛍️.

Nothing. The place is in an area where tourists are targeted...would never go there again. Car was broke in and received minimal effort from staff givin the circumstances (being out of country). Would never, ever, go there again. If the neighborhood is that bad the hotel should warn you.

See above....I Actually a day later saw a child on a bike canvasing cars in the neighborhood. Don't stay here.
